An item didn't save correctly

1. Go back to the app and share the item to Cue again.
2. Check that what you’re sharing is supported: a link, text, or a single photo. Cue shows “Cue currently supports links, text, and photos.” when it receives something else.
3. If only part of the item is missing (for example, a preview), save it anyway and add a note — you can also tap Edit on the item to change its title.
4. Make sure Cue is enabled in the share menu (see Cue isn’t in my share menu).
5. Update Cue.

If the same app or content type fails repeatedly, contact support with the app name and what you were sharing.
