Cue isn't in my share menu

Your phone controls the order of apps in the share menu, and new apps usually start near the end. This is normal — and you can fix it once.

Cue also has a short guide: open Cue → Settings → Add Cue to Share Favorites.

iPhone

1. Open anything shareable (a web page in Safari is easiest) and tap Share.
2. Swipe left across the row of app icons to the end and tap More.
3. Tap Edit in the top corner.
4. Find Cue and tap the green + to add it to Favorites. Drag it to the top if you like.
5. Tap Done.

Cue will now appear in the first row when you share.

Android

1. Open anything shareable (a page in Chrome is easiest) and tap Share.
2. If Cue is missing from the first row, tap More, then the pencil (Edit).
3. Add Cue to Favorites.
4. Cue stays in the first row the next time you share from other apps.

Cue doesn’t appear at all, even under More

• Make sure what you’re sharing is a link, text, or a single photo — Cue doesn’t appear for files, videos, or multiple images.
• Some apps use their own share menu first. Look for an option like Share to… or More that opens the system share menu.
• Update Cue, then restart the app you’re sharing from. If it still doesn’t show, restart your phone.
