A preview is missing or wrong

When you save a link, Cue asks the page itself for a title and image, from your phone. Some sites and apps (Instagram, Facebook, X, and others) don’t give that information to anyone who isn’t signed in, so Cue may show just the site name or a generic title.

• The link is saved regardless. Tap Open Original on the item to open it.
• Tap Edit on the item to give it a better title, or add a Note for context.
• Cue never uses a third-party preview service; previews come straight from the source, and the link isn’t sent anywhere else.
