Cue reminders aren't appearing
Check notification permission, Focus, and the reminder itself.
- Check permission. In Cue → Settings → Notifications, you should see “Enabled”. If it says “Disabled”, tap Open Notification Settings and turn on Allow Notifications for Cue.
- Check where alerts appear. In iPhone Settings → Notifications → Cue, make sure Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are on.
- Check Focus. A Focus mode (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Work) may be silencing Cue. Allow Cue in that Focus, or turn Focus off.
- Check the item. Open it in Cue — does it still have a reminder, and is the time in the future? Completed items don’t notify.
- Update Cue and iOS, then try a test reminder for In 1 hour.
Cue reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they don’t need an internet connection or an account to fire.
Still not working? Contact support with the reminder time, your iPhone model, and iOS version.
