Cue reminders aren't appearing

1. Check permission. In Cue → Settings → Notifications, you should see “Enabled”. If it says “Disabled”, tap Open Notification Settings and turn on notifications for Cue.
2. Check where alerts appear.
   • iPhone: In Settings → Notifications → Cue, make sure Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are on.
   • Android: In Settings → Apps → Cue → Notifications, make sure notifications are allowed. Cue’s Open Notification Settings control opens this screen for you.
3. Check Focus / Do Not Disturb. A Focus mode or Do Not Disturb may be silencing Cue. Allow Cue in that mode, or turn it off.
4. Check the item. Open it in Cue — does it still have a reminder, and is the time in the future? Completed items don’t notify.
5. Update Cue, then try a test reminder for In 1 hour.

Cue reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they don’t need an internet connection or an account to fire.
